I have tutored four other students in the past, all of them needing different levels of help, and ranging grades 4-11. I scored 1900 on my SAT, and have passed four AP tests. I love tutoring because it gives the opportunity to connect with students personally, and help make learning come alive for them. Often times school becomes discouraging when it gets difficult, which leads to bad grades and an unhappy student. A tutor can explain topics one-on-one, and brings the learning back to a reasonable (and hopefully enjoyable) level.
